To Market, To Market

So I'm (going to be) in the market (when we have extra cash, ha) for a new slow cooker. I'm looking for one that cooks evenly across the whole pot and one with a low temperature that is low enough to keep things from sorching. I also prefer the automatic kind that you can set and that will switch to a warm setting when it's finished cooking.

So if you like your slow cooker, please leave it's make and model in the comments section. Oh and, please let me know if there's anything particular that you like about it! Thank you.

Use mine where you're here and see if you like it. It seems like it would have everything you want. I really like it!

I like it because it has a warming feature and it's long and shallow instead of tall and deep. It also has clips to seal it so you can take it places and it really works, no mess in the car!

This is mine. It was a wedding present and I love it. It too, like Kristi's, has a warming feature that is probably my favorite part, especially when making cheese dips and the like. There’s just enough heat without making the sides 'crusty'. I've also made soups on the stove and then needed to leave the house so I threw it in the crockpot on warm and it worked like a charm.
