The veggies I used:
Zucchini
Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Cherry Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Carrots
Cabbage
Red Onion
and Chicken
Drizzle a little olive oil, add some S&P, cover, and put over medium-low heat until everything is soft. Then Stuffed it in a warm wheat pita and you have yourself a delightful lunch (or dinner)
