We got a bread machine for a wedding gift and I've wanted to make fresh baked bread since we got it but could never find the time. I made my first loaf this past week when my sister was here visiting. It turned out perfectly. I can't believe how easy it is too. You just put everything in, turn it on and a couple hours later, you've got yourself homemade fresh bread!

Italian Herb Bread
We got a bread machine for a wedding gift and I've wanted to make fresh baked bread since we got it but could never find the time. I made my first loaf this past week when my sister was here visiting. It turned out perfectly. I can't believe how easy it is too. You just put everything in, turn it on and a couple hours later, you've got yourself homemade fresh bread!

Ack. Jealous. I've had a breadmaker on my wishlist FOREVER. I think they're great because I'm so afraid of yeast!
My bread machine is one of the best things that ever happened to me. I usually take out the dough and bake it in the oven, but still, it is an awesome awesome thing! (
